Very good service, I needed to send an expensive guitar and it was difficult to find a courier with adequate insurance cover, most will not provide insurance for musical instruments at all. Pack and send sorted this out for me and were very pleasant to deal with.read more

Pack and Send in Bristol West have been fantastic in sending a much loved vintage teak Danish coffee table from Bournemouth to Edinburgh. I was very reluctant to let it into others hands, but the long drive was too much. And it has just arrived safely. I was in dire need to find someone locally to ship a rare piece of art to Japan form the UK. That is how I come across Pack and send Bristol. The guy there was more than helpful with explaining every step of the process and created custom packaging for my item so it was to be shipped safely and securely. 5 stars is not enough! I needed to ship some awkwardly shaped metal sound sculptures to Denmark. Ian and his team were brilliant to work with. This is the first time I have used Pack & Send. I normally go direct to FedEx or DHL. By mistake I rang their number thinking it was DHL. The person on the phone stated to use also DHL for sending items. The price was also fairly competitive compared to a quote from FedEx. I took a leap of faith and I am pleasantly surprised that the item arrived on the other side of the world within the time frame advised. The staff at the depot were incredibly helpful. The item was dispatched and I was informed through the tracking number where the item was located. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.read more

I was panicked because we were moving and I realized all of the things that I could not properly pack or take with me on the plane. I had a two day window to find help when I located Pack & Send. I was able to speak with Leanne and she sent someone the same day to collect my items - he came and gathered the items into temporary packing boxes with such care and respect. I was very impressed and pleased.Next, I left for my destination, trusting that everything would make it to me eventually. My biggest concern had been getting the items out of the house before I had to leave. I didn't mind how long it would take to get them to me.I was kept informed as to the progress of my items, when they were packed, what I needed to provide for the shipping and customs information, and when the items were sent on their way with tracking numbers to follow the trip. In the end, my items were held in customs for more than two weeks. I worked with customs and was back and forth with emails and waiting. At one point, Leanne reached out to me letting me know that she had been in contact with the shipping company to see if there was anything more that could be done from her end to expedite the delivery! I couldn't believe it -- Pack & Send followed my items all the way to my door!When everything arrived, it was so well packed and all in perfect condition - everything had been packed with care. I couldn't have done any better.I am not one to write reviews ... even as much as I rely on them for making choices ... but when something is so well done, it needs to be recognized. Pack & Send is as friendly as family and as professional and precise in their work beyond what we have become used to. A quick call to Ian at Pack & Send Bristol West was the best decision I’ve made.I needed to send 2 bronze sculptures to both Sidney, Australia and Edinburgh, Scotland and was struggling to come up with a solution.Ian talked me through the process and options and quoted me based on my request.I dropped both sculptures off at the Bristol branch where Ian reassured me of the packaging to be used and how the bronzes would be safely secured.
