Excellent, just amazing. I was skeptical at first, since there were so few reviews and my items were quite on the pricey side of things.I wanted to ship two of my delecate items back home. Painting Expertly Shipped from Glasgow to New York!I acquired a painting at Auction and on the recommendation of a friend, who had used their services earlier in the week to ship a painting to Australia, I contacted Pack & Send Glasgow.From my very first contact with the company, I was impressed by their courtesy and professionalism.They were determined to take away the difficulties that I was facing with the shipment of my purchase. They made contact with the Auction House, picked up my painting the next day and took it to their Packing Centre. The painting was expertly packed, they dealt with the Customs Declaration Forms on my behalf and the painting was dispatched to me later that day.As soon as my painting was in transit, I received full details of the Shipment and was given a Tracking Number.To my delight, the painting arrived at my home in New York two days later, in perfect condition.I can’t recommend Pack & Send Glasgow highly enough. I just received a painting that was collected, packed and shipped by Pack & Send in Glasgow to my home in Maryland, USA. The painting was VERY well packed (my husband works in museums and has packed a wide variety of fragile items for international transport and he was impressed) and arrived in perfect condition within 8 days of departure in UK. What a great service these guys provided!!! The pickup was complicated (by my circumstances) and they dealt with that without batting an eyelid, and both Ainsley and Malcolm were a joy to talk to on the phone. The quality of service with Pack & Send is a dream come true. I am an international student who was studying in Scotland, but had to leave my stuff behind in my accommodation when I stayed in my home country during the lockdown. Instead of having to fly back and quarantine just to collect my belongings, Pack & Send said they could do it for me. Last minute shipment from France to Inverness.I just moved from Paris to Inverness for the winter. I decided last minute to ship all my things rather than leave in a friends cellar. Pack and send offered the best rate, I accepted their offer late on Friday afternoon. A pick up was arranged for Tuesday afternoon in Paris, goods were delivered in Inverness by COB Friday, cases all in perfect condition. My only regret is I didn't put another case in the shipment instead of travelling with a very heavy case. I will definitely use Pack and Send next time I move.read more
